Last year for St. Patrick's Day we made
Leprechaun Juice. We modified the recipe a little to match with the ingredients we had in the house. The easy to make and tasty drink was part of the
Green Week Meal Plan on the
Teaching Good Eaters blog.
Spinach, pineapple juice, banana, grapes, and kiwi - We put all the ingredients into the food processor and mixed. We've also included avocado, zucchini and apple. So simple - So tasty!
